Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To review and comment on proposed signage at 141 Post Road East (parcel address is 135 Post Road East) submitted by Michael Chang of Nefaire (tenant) for property owned by Comu Westport, LLC, located in the Business Center District (BCD) and Village District Overlay Zone (VDO).
2. To review and comment on proposed installation of front signage at 25 Church Lane (parcel address is 59 Post Road East) submitted by Callahan Sign, LLC for property owned by Charter Realty & Dev-Bedford Square Associates located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H) and Village District Overlay Zone (VDO).
