Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 22, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 17 Summer Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8894-11 by A.D. Ialeggio on behalf of Joel & Jodi Beck for an 11’ by 17’ addition to residence.
