Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
1.833 Post Road East: Appl. #18-005 by Shoreline Alternative Care, LLC, Phil Hein, for property owned by SS WESTPORT LLC, CS WESTPORT LLC & JSPVIL LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility and a change of use from restaurant non patron area to retail, (medical marijuana Dispensary Facility) for property located in a GBD/Res A, PID #F09070000.
2.345 Post Road West: Appl. #18-012 by FFD Westport LLC for property owned by 345 Post Road West LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B07035000.
Comments from the public will be received during the Public Hearing. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
