LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 15, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 80 Maple Avenue South: Application #AA,WPL/E8886-11 by Joseph Scordato & Karen Wendell for installation of a generator in the side setback.
2. 95 Coleytown Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8887-11 by The Nature Conservancy on behalf of Andrew Frankel for the removal of two small dams.
3. 321 Bayberry Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8893-11 by Southport Construction on behalf of Adrienne & Stephen Rubin for the addition of a two-car garage, a driveway addition and associated drainage.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
