LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 1, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. POSITIVE REPORT:  136 Riverside Avenue, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the sale of town-owned property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C08033000.
2. GRANTED:  11 Thomas Road, Appl. #17-063 by R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Peter and Roseann Mihalik for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D08060000.   
3. ADOPTED:  Amendment #744, Appl. #18-001by William J. Fitzpatrick III for property owned by STC Green, LLC for an amendment to the Official Building Zoning Map to rezone property located at 54 Wilton Road, PID #C10073000 from General Business District (GBD), to General Business District Residential (GBD/R).  A copy of the adopted zoning map is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Planning and Zoning Office.  Effective date: 3/12/18 


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
