Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 8, 2011, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 4 Pan Handle Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8881-11 by PanHandle Realty LLC for the planting of trees in the floodplain.
2. 2 Lyndale Park: Application #AA,WPL/E-8883-11 by Elvira Kovshov to construct a masonry wall along the front of the residence, to relocate the generator and pool equipment, to enlarge the patio around the pool and to construct a pool fence.
3. 10 Cardinal Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8884-11 by ABC Septic Service on behalf of Dewey Loselle for the repair of a failing septic system.
4. 355 Wilton Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8885-11 by Arek & Ela Rutkowski for the construction of a new single family residence, septic system, and associated site improvements.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
