LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 9 Wheeler Gate:  ZBA Appl. #7607 by Rob Sanders Architects, LLC for property owned by Orly and Michael Angerthal for a variance for coverage for an addition to existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C08094000.


2. 399 Post Road West:  ZBA Appl. #7611 by Whole Foods Market, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a variance for signs in a Residence A zone and for sign above the lowest point of the roof, for property located in a GBD/Res A zone, PID #B07039000.


3. 38 Oak Street:  ZBA Appl. #7617 by Jonathan Leonard for property owned by Jonathan Leonard for a variance for coverage for overhangs and front stairs of existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C12073000.


4. 284 Compo Road South:  ZBA Appl. #7616 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Vanessa Wilson for setbacks and coverage for three entry platforms, a patio and a screened porch conversion, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D04111000.


5. 2 Elliot Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7618 by Eric Michaels for property owned by Jerry Burno and Jeff Porta for a variance for setbacks for an addition to existing structure and existing oil tank in the setbacks, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C15027000.


6. 27 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7615 by William Achilles – Achilles architects for property owned by SIR-27 Fairfield LLC for a variance for coverage for additions and to relocate structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03106000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
