NOTICE AND AGENDA
 
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:


1. To review and comment on proposed signage at 141 Post Road East (parcel address is 135 Post  Road East) submitted by Michael Chang of Nefaire (tenant) for property owned by Comu Westport, LLC, located in the Business Center District and Village District Overlay zone (BCD /VDO).


2. To review and comment on proposed Text Amendment #745 to change the following sections of the Westport Zoning Regulations: §5-2, Specific Terms to add a new definition for Theaters or Assembly Halls, and to modify existing Coverage, Height, Signage, Parking, and Landscaping standards for Theaters and Assembly Halls if located in any one of four non-residential zoning districts including §23, Restricted Business District; §24,  General Business District; §29, Business Center District, and §29B, Business Center District/Historic, submitted by Lawrence P. Weisman, Esq. on behalf of the Coalition for Westport.
