  2. 11 Thomas Road:  Appl. #17-063 by R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Peter and Roseann Mihalik for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D08060000.   Applicant’s presentation time:  15 minutes
  3. Amendment #744:  Appl. #18-001by William J. Fitzpatrick III for property owned by STC Green, LLC for an amendment to the Official Building Zoning Map to rezone property located at 54 Wilton Road, PID #C10073000 from General Business District (GBD), to General Business District Residential (GBD/R).  A copy of the proposed zoning map is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Planning and Zoning Office.   Applicant’s presentation time:  20 minutes
