A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on Tuesday, February 27, to visit the following property:
1.8:30 a.m.793 Post Road East: Appl. #17-037A by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by DMC Westport, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a mixed use development, (retail, office and residential uses) for property located in a General Business District (GBD)/Residential A zone – Inclusionary Housing Zone (IHZ), PID #E09193000.
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
