Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
- 11 Thomas Road: Appl. #17-063 by R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Peter and Roseann Mihalik for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D08060000.
- Amendment #744: Appl. #18-001by William J. Fitzpatrick III for property owned by STC Green, LLC for an amendment to the Official Building Zoning Map to rezone property located at 54 Wilton Road, PID #C10073000 from General Business District (GBD), to General Business District Residential (GBD/R). A copy of the proposed zoning map is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Planning and Zoning Office.
- 54 Wilton Road: Appl. #18-002 by William J. Fitzpatrick, III for property owned by STC Green LLC for a Special Permit and Coastal Site Plan approval for new building construction to accommodate sixteen dwelling units and parking lot improvements utilizing the General Business District Residential Regulation for which an Amendment to the Official Building Zone Map is proposed for property currently located in a General Business District, PIC #C10073000.
