LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, to determine preliminary benefit assessments to be levied for the construction of a sewer system (Contract No. 71) affecting properties located in all or part of the following areas:


Clinton Avenue, Fillow Street, Breezy Knoll, Richmondville Avenue, Sniffen Road, Loren Lane, Calumet Road, Stone Drive.


The design of the project and the estimated costs will be available at this hearing.
