Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in Town Hall Room 201/201A* 309/307 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
- To hear the Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the January 9, 2018 meeting.
- To review and comment on the revised proposed renovation at 2 Riverside Avenue in the National Hall National Register District
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 2 Riverside Avenue be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 77 Cavalry Road be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 25 Manitou Road be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 24 Spriteview Avenue be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the chimney removal and replication at 25 Evergreen Avenue.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the sanding and painting of the studio accessory structure at 38 Evergreen Avenue.
- To review and comment on new tenant signage at 6 Wilton Road located in the Historic Design District (HDD).
