LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 27 Soundview Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7606 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 27 Soundview LLC, c/o Phoenix Realty Management for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act,  for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03093000.


2. 334 Compo Road South: ZBA Appl. #7602 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Craig and Stephanie Willis for a variance for coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03008000.


3. 833 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7610 by Frederick W. Hoag for property owned by SS WSPT LLC, CS WSPT LLC & SPV C/O FRED STRAUS INC. 9 for a variance for setbacks, landscaping, loading space, back around and dumpster in setbacks for renovations to existing building and improvements to site and landscaping for property located in a General Business District (GBD) and Residence A zone, PID #F09070000.


4. 715 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7609 by Laurel Fedor for property owned by William W. Taylor for variance for more cubic yards of cut and fill proposed than permitted, for changing grade more than 10 feet, for slopes exceeding 20%, for circulation of parking lot, for compact spaces in excess of 20% of total parking allowed to be compact and location of parking lot trees for a new two story building for medical and office use for property located in a General Business District (GBD), PID #E09186000.


5. 11 Thomas Road:  ZBA Appl. #7614 by Franco Iannone R.I. Pools for property owned by Peter and Roseanna Mihalick for a variance for fill height in excess of 20% relative to distance to lot line, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D08060000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
