Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
- 60 Compo Beach Road (aka Compo Beach): §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report and findings of consistency with the Coastal Area Management Act from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding proposed improvements to Town-owned property including installation of a pedestrian walkway along the south beach and a restroom facility to be located in the vicinity of the south beach, both to be handicapped accessible, for property located in the Residence A zone, PID #D03164000
Comments from the public will be received during the Public Meeting. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday – Friday, 8:30A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
