A work session of the Historic District Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in Room 309 to discuss the following current HDC activities:
1.Review of comments concerning proposed modifications at 2 Riverside Avenue following January 9, 2018 meeting. WITHDRAWN
2.Discuss work session schedule with dates and times for 2018.
3.Discuss procedures for following up with applicants who were denied a waiver of the 180-day demolition delay.
4.Demolition Delay Ordinance review.
5.Review of revised Certificate of Appropriateness Application.
6.Procedure for final sign off on open Certificates of Appropriateness.
7.Discuss proposal to engage speakers to present preservation products and treatments as an education tool for property owners.
8.Collaboration with Westport Historical Society (WHS) on walking tours of local historic districts.
