Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on August 1, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 29A Sturges Commons, Appl. #11-033 by Ana Rinaldi for property owned by Ana and Charles Rinaldi for a Site Plan approval for excavation and fill in a Res AA zone, PID #G12069000.
2. APPROVED: 69 Main Street, Appl, #11-036 by Joseph Pilewski for property owned by Westport Retail Co, for a site plan approval for exterior alterations in a BCD zone, PID #C10076000.
3. APPROVED: 3 Driftwood Point, Appl. #11-037 by Hello I Must Be Going Productions, Inc. for property owned by Miro Associates LLC, for a Site Plan approval for a film shoot in a Res AA zone, PID #B03012000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
