III PUBLIC HEARING  
 
1. 8 Sandpiper Road:  (The following application will be opened and continued to 2/27/18.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing) ZBA Appl. #7601 by David Ross for property owned by David Ross for an appeal of denial of extension of time to complete work issued under zoning permit #38615, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C01017000.


2. 55 Beachside Avenue: (The following application is continued from 11/14/17, 11/28/17, 12/05/17 and 1/09/18. Testimony was previously taken)  ZBA Appl. #7578 by Robert Marx for property owned by Joseph Anstey Trustee for a variance for construction of new single family dwelling in setbacks and for renovation of existing pre-1959 dwelling unit to include construction of pergola and for expansion of the floor area of pre-1959 dwelling unit previously approve under Variance #3119, for an accessory building over 300 square feet and more than two (2) water fixtures, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H05006000. 


3. 2 Conte Place:   (The following application was continued from 11/28/17, 12/05/17, and 1/09/18.  Testimony was taken.)  ZBA Appl. #7586 by Opala Avdiu for property owned by Opala Avdiu for a variance for setbacks, coverage and parking for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02085000.


4. 27 Washington Avenue:  (The following application continued from 12/05/17.  No testimony was taken)  ZBA Appl. #7595 by Christine Riniti for property owned by Christine Riniti for a variance for coverage and setbacks for a detached garage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11010000.


5. 11 Stony Point Road:   ZBA Appl. #7594 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Meredith Anand for coverage for an addition to existing structure and for a pool for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B05108000.


6. 4 Hide Away Lane: ZBA Appl. #7600 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Ellen Jo Mendell for a variance for coverage for a pool and for fill height to exceed the allowable 5:1 ratio for a four (4) foot retaining wall in a thirty square foot area, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E05064000.
