Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1:30 pm in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose:
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an Encroachment Agreement between the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Town of Westport as it relates to the construction, operation and maintenance of a sewage force main and pump station #2 within the State highway right-of-way, along I-95 northbound, in the Town of Westport (the “Project”).
