LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 11 Stony Point Road:   ZBA Appl. #7594 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Meredith Anand for coverage for an addition to existing structure and for a pool for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B05108000.


2. 8 Sandpiper Road:  ZBA Appl. #7601 by David Ross for property owned by David Ross for an appeal of denial of extension of time to complete work issued under zoning permit #38615, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C01017000.


3. 4 Hide Away Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7600 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Ellen Jo Mendell for a variance for coverage for a pool and for fill height to exceed the allowable 5:1 ratio for a four (4) foot retaining wall in a thirty square foot area, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E05064000.


4. 5 Bobwhite Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7604 by Pamela and Aaron Caplan for property owned by Pamela and Aaron Caplan for a variance for setbacks for a shed and propane tank for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #A15036000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
