JOINT COMMITTEE
(Historic District Commission and Architectural Review Board) REVISED NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 102 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment on proposed signage at 59 Post Road East (HSBC/Bedford Square), submitted by Darcie Ray of National Sign for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC, located in the Business Center District-Historic and Village District Overlay zone (BCD-H/VDO).
2.To review and comment on revised design for new building construction on a 6,700 SF +/- parcel at 35 Elm Street, submitted by Rick Hoag of Frederick William Hoag Architects, for property owned by the Town of Westport (to be conveyed to Old Hill Elm LLC and Polaris Elm LLC as part of the “Elm Street Land Swap”), located in the Business Center Retail Residential district and Village District Overlay zone (BCRR/VDO).
