Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 18, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

2. 9 Woodside Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-8872-11 by Glen Gate Company on behalf of 9 Woodside Avenue LLC to construct a 18’ X 35’ swimming pool with spa, patio, fence and mechanicals.
3. 12 Wheeler Gate: Application #WPL/E-8873-11 by Robert Testa on behalf of Mark & Emily Rothenberg for additions to residence, interior renovations, drainage improvements, new patio and walk.
4. 11 Burritts Landing North: Application #WPL/E-8874-11 by Douglas Bowen for coastal wetland restoration.
5. 8 Harbor Road: Application #WPL/E-8875-11 by Janet Bianchini for an addition of a three-season porch with stairs.
6. 8 Peabody Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8876-11 by Mike Huminski on behalf of William Draper for a deck enlargement and to install a new septic tank.
