Planning & Zoning Commission Legal Notice of Decision

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 7, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

GRANTED: 53 Kings Highway North, Appl. #17-058 by Thad and Martha Eidman for property owned by Thad and Martha Eidman for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval pursuant to §32-18, Historic Residential Structures, for Setback, Use, and Coverage incentives for existing historic structures for property located in a Residential AA zone, PID #B09118000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
