LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, the following action was taken:


1. APPEAL DENIED:  29 Compo Beach Road, Appl. #7582 by Steven Solomon for an appeal to the issuance of zoning permit #41698 for existing location of pool equipment and platform, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03011000.


2. DENIED:  233 Hillspoint Road, ZBA Appl. #7592 by 233 LLC, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 233 LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04107000.


3. GRANTED:  1580 Post Road East, ZBA Appl. #7589 by Howard Lathrop, SellersLathrop Architects, LLC for property owned by Machno Post Road Partners for a variance for a free standing sign in setbacks and over 32 square feet for property located in a General Business District (GBD) PID #H09182000.


4. GRANTED:  1300 Post Road East, ZBA Appl. #7591 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by 1300 Post Road East LLC for a variance to allowable floor area, allowable FAR, and minimum parking requirements, for modifications to Zoning Board of Appeals Cases #7339 and 7374, to modify the approved building elevations resulting in an increase to the previously approved floor area, for property located in a General Business District (GBD) PID #G09129000.


5. GRANTED:  19 St. John Place, ZBA Appl. #7593 by Grey Cliffs, LLC c/o Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by William Mix for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10121000.
