Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
13.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to waive the low bid and approve the Award of Contract Bid #18-909T (Compo Pavilion Canopy) in the amount of $236,939.00 to A.V. Tuchy Builders of Norwalk, CT.
