Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 19, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED: 69 Main Street, Appl. #11-034 by Neil Carnow, A.I.A. Architect, for property owned by Westport Retail Co. Investors, LLC, for exterior alterations in a BCD zone, PID #C10076000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
