LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 308 Greens Farms Road:  ZBA Appl. #7590 by Robert Pryor, P.E., L.S., LANDTECH, for property owned by Jeffrey Swearingen and Gately Ross for a variance for setbacks and height for additions and alterations to existing dwelling and accessory structure and for A/C units, propane tank, generator and playset in setbacks, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #H07073000.


2. 19 St. John Place:  ZBA Appl. #7593 by Grey Cliffs, LLC c/o Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by William Mix for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10121000.


3. 27 Washington Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7595 by Christini Riniti for property owned by Christini Riniti for a variance for coverage and setbacks for a detached garage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11010000.


4. 1580 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7589 by Howard Lathrop, SellersLathrop Architects, LLC for property owned by Machno Post Road Partners for a variance for a free standing sign in setbacks and over 32 square feet for property located in a General Business District (GBD) PID #H09182000.


5. 1300 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7591 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by 1300 Post Road East LLC for a variance to allowable floor area, allowable FAR, and minimum parking requirements, for modifications to Zoning Board of Appeals Cases #7339 and 7374, to modify the approved building elevations resulting in an increase to the previously approved floor area, for property located in a General Business District (GBD) PID #G09129000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
