LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 2 Conte Place:  ZBA Appl. #7586 by Opala Avdiu for property owned by Opala Avdiu for a variance for setbacks, coverage, height and parking for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02085000.


2. 10 Norwalk Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7588 by John T. Fifield for property owned by Hildy and Marc Sheinbaum for a variance for setbacks and height for a second floo addition to an existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03137000.


3. 38 Otter Trail:  ZBA Appl. #7576 by Michael Cusato, AIA for property owned by Marc Lewis for a variance for setbacks, height, coverage and expansion of accessory structure over 300 square feet and over one story, for renovation of detached garage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C07064000.


4. 6 Daybreak Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7579 by Sarah Blumberg for property owned by Michael and Sarah Blumberg for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition to existing structure for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # D13146000.


5. 48 Owenoke Park:  ZBA Appl. #7584 Aviel Suarez for property owned by Deborah and Gadi Slade for a variance for coverage for additions and for setbacks for A/C unit for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C03013000.


6. 233 Hillspoint Road:  ZBA Appl. #7592 by 233 LLC, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 233 LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04107000.
 
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
