This represents the ninth meeting between Committee members and BartonPartners, our selected consultant, to organize next steps towards creating and implementing a Plan for Saugatuck. Seth Shapiro will be attending on behalf of BartonPartners. Public comments will be received after being recognized by one of the Committee Co-Chairs, Craig Schiavone or Mary Young. Comments are encouraged to be provided ahead of time to Mary Young, Planning and Zoning Director, at myoung@westportctg.gov
1.Discussion/feedback by Committee Members on Draft Master Plan Presented at 9/19/17 SSC TOD Meeting, to provide feedback necessary for the project consultants to refine the TOD Master Plan.

Review memorandum to be received from Sara Harris, Westport Operations Director, regarding Oct. 2, 2017 forum by the CT Trust for Historic Preservation in coordination with the Town of Westport and the Westport Historical Society regarding the Federal Rail Administration’s (FRA) recent NEC FUTURE announcement that includes plans to expand and construct high-speed rail infrastructure through Fairfield County.
