NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1.To review and comment on the preliminary design for the proposed building to be located at 36 Elm Street (36 Elm “swap”) to illustrate how a building meeting the regulations in the proposed Text Amendment #740/§29B Business Center Retail Residential District (BCRR) would be contextual to Elm Street located within the Westport Center Village District Overlay (VDO) Zone.
