LEGAL NOTICE OF AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
OCTOBER 4, 2017
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. Approval of August 2, 2017 minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
5. New Business
a. 42 Shorehaven Road: Request to permit a proposed 4’ by 30’ aluminum gangway, a 8’ by 20’ floating dock and (4) timber piles. The proposed work will be done by a marine construction crew using hand tools and a barge with a crane and an impact hammer.
b. Request for participation in compiling data and imput for the “Blue Plan” Resource and Use Inventory section
