LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.15 Norwalk Avenue: ZBA Appl. # 7572 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Albion and Brenda Fitzgerald for a variance for coverage for a new single dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03148000.
2.18 Indian Hill Road: ZBA Appl. #7573 by Mel Bar, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Pat and Leslie Caputo for a variance for setbacks for an addition and for legalization of playset in setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B06142000.
3.61 Main Street: ZBA Appl. #7577 by Rick Hoag, Fredrick William Hoag Architect, for property owned by 61 Main Street, LLC for a variance for expansion of a non-conforming building in the setbacks, for property located in a BCD zone, PID #C10075000
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
