LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 2 Railroad Place:  ZBA Appl. #7565 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Railroad Place of Westport LLC for a variance for setbacks for a deck addition for property located in GBD zone, PID #C05003000.


2. 50 Compo Mill Cove:  ZBA Appl. #7566 by Tom Ryder/LANDTECH for property owned by Dr. Pasqule Malpeso for a variance for coverage for an outdoor kitchen for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04091000.


3. 242 Hillspoint Road:  ZBA Appl. #7567 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Owenoke Properties for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04021000
 
4. 4 Horsehoe Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7570 by Elizabeth Strouse for property owned by Nicholas and Elizabeth Strouse for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D05124000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
