NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment on the proposed Special Permit Application for Historic Residential Structures at 53 Kings Highway North.
2.To review and comment on the proposed Main Street and Parker Harding façade renovations and signage at 161 Main Street, Rye Ridge Deli, located in the Westport Center Village District Overlay (VDO) Zone.
3.To review and comment on the proposed new façade at 38 Main Street located in the Westport Center Village District Overlay (VDO) Zone.
4.To review and comment on the proposed enclosed outdoor patio with awning at 190 Main Street located in the Westport Center Village District Overlay (VDO) Zone.
