LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 
the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  25 Fairfield Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7545 by Christine Wojcik for property owned by Christine Wojcik for a variance for setbacks, height and coverage for raising the house to meet FEMA requirements and an addition to existing house for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03105000.


2. GRANTED WITH CONDITION:  9 Compo Parkway, ZBA Appl. #7568 by Franco Iannone/R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Jen Cahill for a variance to convert a portion of the existing garage to an accessory structure greater than 300 square feet for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D05124000.


3. GRANTED:  41 Roseville Road:  ZBA Appl. #7569 by John Rountree for property owned by Marci El-Deiry for a variance for setbacks for a two-story addition for property located in a Residence   A zone, PID #E09162000.
