Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 27, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 6 Windy Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8854-11 by Cannondale Generator on behalf of Ron Wainshal for the installation of a generator.
2. 2 Hockanum Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8864-11 by Todd Geisman on behalf of Kary Stinton & Mary Wilson for a fence for dogs.
3. 6 Hawthorne Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8866-11 by Prestige Builders on behalf of Iraida Dizer for the construction of a new single family residence, new septic system, drainage and associated grading.
4. 1 Michele Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8867-11 by Shoreline Pools on behalf of Kin & Henry Lee Cooper for the construction of an inground swimming pool, spa, patio, fence and mechanicals.
5. 29 Bayberry Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8868-11 by Christian Minitar on behalf of Lynne Minksy for the installation of a generator.
