I PUBLIC HEARING  




1. 149 Riverside Avenue:   (The following application will be opened and continued to 9/12/17.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing)  ZBA Appl. #7562 by Janet Sparre for property owned by Janet Sparre for a variance for coverage for an addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C08046000.


2. 12 Sterling Drive:  (The following will not be heard; no testimony will be taken at this hearing; a new notice will be published when this item is rescheduled). Discussion and vote on settlement of pending appeal from denial of ZBA Application #7544.


3. 25 Kings Highway South:   (The following application was withdrawn on 8/4/17)            ZBA Appl. #7542 by Robert Grant for an appeal to the issuance of zoning permit #41336 for illuminated and elevated paddle tennis courts for property located in a Residence A/AA zone, PID #B07044000.


4. 25 Fairfield Avenue:   (The following application was opened on 7/11/17 and continued to 8/8/17. Testimony was previously taken.)  ZBA Appl. #7545 by Christine Wojcik for property owned by Christine Wojcik for a variance for setbacks, height and coverage for raising the house to meet FEMA requirements and an addition to existing house for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03105000.
