Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 2, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 25 Maple Avenue North/P&Z Subdivision Application # 11-008; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of Barr Associates for the resubdivision of a lot to create a new building lot for a total of two lots. The application has been reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. 21 Grove Point/Application WPL #8769-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of Land-Tech Consultants for renovations and additions to an existing dwelling, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the WPLO setback of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
3. 19 Otter Trail/Application WPL #8770-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of John Hilts for the construction of a timber landing and step, the installation of an aluminum ramp, and a piling anchored timber floating dock. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
