LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 
the following action was taken:


1. APPEAL DENIED:  23 Sterling Drive, ZBA Appl. #7561 by Gloria Gouveia on behalf of Jennifer and David Vynerib appealing the issuance of Zoning Permit #41493 for a New House at 23 Sterling Drive, property located in a Residence AA zone, PID#E040038000.


2. DENIED:  492 Main Street, Appl. #7548 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by        492 Holding Company, LLC for a variance for lot area and shape to subdivide the parcel for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D13062000.


3. GRANTED:  1 Bluff Point, ZBA Appl. #7557 by Bill Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by Cedar Point Yacht Club Inc. – Brian Joyce, Commodore for a variance for accessory structure over 300 square feet, for height and coverage, findings to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C02008000.


4. GRANTED:  11 Wilton Road, ZBA Appl. #7550 by Justin Towart for property owned by Eleven Wilton Road Associates, LLC for a variance for a for free standing sign location in the setbacks and to exceed allowable sign area, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C09110000.


5. GRANTED:  20 Baker Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7563 by Colleen and Michael Cuffaro for property owned by Colleen and Michael Cuffaro for a variance for height for an addition over 2 ½ stories for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D08006000.


6. GRANTED:  8 Colonial Road, ZBA Appl. #7564 by R.I Pools, Inc. for property owned by Joe and Jeannette Floto for a variance for coverage for a pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #F09020000.
