LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 149 Riverside Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7562 by Janet Sparre for property owned by Janet Sparre for a variance for coverage for an addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C08046000.


2. 9 Compo Parkway:  ZBA Appl. #7568 by Franco Iannone/R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Jen Cahill for a variance to convert a portion of the existing garage to an accessory structure greater than 300 square feet for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D05124000.


3. 41 Roseville Road:  ZBA Appl. #7569 by John Rountree for property owned by Marci El-Deiry for a variance for setbacks for a two story addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E09162000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
