LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 20, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
 
1. GRANTED:  556 Post Road East, Appl. #17-038 by Richard Redniss – Redniss & Mead, Inc. for property owned by 556 Post RD E Associates LLC for a Special Permit & Site Plan approval to renovate existing Volvo dealership and site to improve public safety and vehicular circulation, improve surrounding streetscapes, restore residential character of Rayfield Road and update the building for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09050000.  
2. APPROVED:  15 Covlee Drive, Appl. #17-040 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by 15 Covlee Drive, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #A02036000.  
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
