LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 28, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED: 41 Saugatuck Avenue, Appl. #11-032 by William Achilles, Achilles Architects, for property owned by 37-41 Saugatuck Avenue, LLC for a Site Plan approval for exterior alterations to Building #3, in a GBD zone, PID #B06079000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
