LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 6, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
 
1. DENIED:  Amendment #736, Appl. #17-027 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH, for an amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §5, (Definitions) and §34-5, (Parking Table) to allow Chiropractors to be regulated as Healthcare Professionals instead of Medical.  
2. APPROVED:  11 Old Mill Road, Appl. #17-032 by Richard Redniss – Redness & Mead, Inc. for property owned by Joseph Feinleib for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04058000.  
3. GRANTED:  124 Hillandale Road, Appl. #17-031 by R.I Pools, Inc. for property owned by Jeremy and Susan Ford for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #G08086000.  


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
