Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
1. To hear the Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
2. To approve the minutes of the June 13, 2017 meeting.
3. To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed installation of an exhaust system at 6 Wilton Road located in the National Hall Historic Design District.
4. To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed addition of a new pair of exterior doors along Post Road West façade at 2 Post Road West located in the National Hall Historic Design District.
5. To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed two blade signs at 2A Post Road West.
6. **To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Commission Transmittal concerning 60 Compo Road South Arts Center 8-24 Application. WITHDRAWN
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 23 Sterling Drive be waived.
8. **To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 10 Appletree Trail located in the Compo Owenoke National Register District be waived.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 96 Bayberry Lane be waived.
