LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.

  1. 63-67 North Avenue:  Appl. #17-043 by Aquarion Water Company, c/o Mark Fois for property owned by Aquarion Water Company, c/o Mark Fois for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for construction of two concrete water storage tanks for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #F11095000.
  2. 35 Beachside Avenue:  Appl. #17-039 by Greens Farms Academy, c/o John F.
