LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

1.  25 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7545 by Christine Wojcik for property owned by Christine Wojcik for a variance for setbacks, height and coverage for raising the house and an addition to existing house for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03105000.

 

2.  24 Marine Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7555 by William Achilles-Achilles Architects for property owned by Yvonne Marks for a variance for coverage for an addition to existing dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01070000.

 

3.  8 Brookside Place:  ZBA Appl. #7556 by Bill Achilles-Achilles Architects for property owned by     Lawrence Purcell & Ana C. Purcell for a variance for setbacks, height and coverage for legalization of lifted single family residence, additions and new A/C unit, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #C11110000.

 

4.  59 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7559 by Karen Johnson for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC for a variance for signs in the BCD/H, setbacks, free standing sign support structure and surface size of structure, for property located in a BCD/H zone, PID #C09140000.

 

5.  25 Sylvan Road South: ZBA Appl. #7560 by Mel Barr for property owned by 25 Sylvan Road South, LLC for a variance for the area of a wall sign for a retail establishment (fitness center) for property located in the RORD #3 zone, PID #C08030000.

 

6. 23 Sterling Drive: ZBA Appl. #7561 by Gloria Gouveia on behalf of Jennifer and David Vynerib appealing the issuance of Zoning Permit #41493 for a New House at 23 Sterling Drive, property located in a Residence AA zone, PID#E040038000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
