WESTPORT HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
- To hear the Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the June 13, 2017 meeting.
- To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed installation of an exhaust system at 6 Wilton Road located in the National Hall Historic Design District.
- To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed addition of a new pair of exterior doors along Post Road West façade at 2 Post Road West located in the National Hall Historic Design District.
- To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Commission Transmittal concerning 60 Compo Road South Arts Center 8-24 Application.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 23 Sterling Drive be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 10 Appletree Trail be waived.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to recommend to the Building Official that the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit at 96 Bayberry Lane be waived.
