LEGAL NOTICE 
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
1. 11 Old Mill Road:  Appl. #17-032 by Richard Redniss – Redness & Mead, Inc. for property owned by Joseph Feinleib for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04058000.
2. 320 Bayberry Lane:  Appl. #17-035 by Robert Pryor, PE, L.S./LANDTECH for property owned by Frederica S. Brenneman, c/o Matt Brenneman for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval pursuant to §32-18, Historic Residential Structures, for Setback incentives as part of a two lot subdivision and retention of existing Historic Structures, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #E18025000.

5. 201 Main Street, 7&15 Belden Place:  Appl. #17-033 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Estate of Anna Nappa for a CAM Special Permit & Site Plan approval for a Two-Family and Multi-Family Dwelling and retail use, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10091000, C1009300, C10092000.
