LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.25 Kings Highway South: ZBA Appl. #7542 by Robert Grant for an appeal to the issuance of zoning permit #41336 for illuminated and elevated paddle tennis courts for property located in a Residence A/AA zone, PID #B07044000.
2.7 Pebble Beach Lane: ZBA Appl. #7550 by Vita Design Group, Jennifer Hermsen for property owned by J. Scott and Trisha Tomoda for a variance for coverage for an addition to existing dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02115000.
3.32 Woods Grove: ZBA Appl. #7545 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Jake and Jennifer Tavello for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C11082000.
4.16 Danbury Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7553 by Alina Rodescu-Ritchon for property owned by Mark Valeski for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03113000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
