WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
MAY 22, 2017
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on MONDAY, May 22, 2017 in Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. Approval of May 3, 2017 meeting minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
5. New Business
a. Peck Ledge Lighthouse – Review of CT DEEP application by Coastline Consulting & Development, LLC on behalf of Lighthouse Preservation Group, LLC to install an access structure comprised of a 6’ x 25’ fixed pier with a cantilevered 4’ x 11’4” lower platform, three swivel davits, two built-in timber wave attenuators (one each side), three vertical access ladders and a 3’ wide ship ladder at the landward end connecting to an existing lighthouse landing, and install a mooring and pulley line northeast of the pier.
